How to register at COOSC

Every family must register with COOSC before COOSC can provide any care to members of that family. Registration is valid for a full calendar year, and incurs a modest fee of $50 p.a. per family, that contributes towards insurance and administration costs.

The Centre is pleased to announce that for 2008 we are moving the registration process to being predominantly online. Existing parents may recall that in the past annual registration process involved manually completing a multiple page document with information that the Centre to a large extent already held in its database. The information on the forms was then manually entered into the Smartfees database. For 2008, parents are asked to review the current information included for their family on the Smartfees database via the website www.smartcentral.net.  Any amendments can be made online, and parents will then only have to complete a simple permission form to provide to the Centre. In addition, permanent booking for Term 1 care can now also be made via the SmartFees website.

2008 registration process

• Parents' names
• Childrens’ name(s) and date(s) of birth.

Noelene will then email you your Family ID and password, which will enable you to complete the following steps.

• Log-on to www.smartcentral.net to review / update current enrolment details for children registered at COOSC, and to add any new children.
• Click here for instructions.
• Make sure all fields are fully completed and accurate.

3. Complete and return signed consent form

• Return to Noelene Osora at COOSC. 

4. Pay your 2008 registration fee ($50)
The annual registration fee of $50 will be direct debited for families registered for direct debit.  Families using the online payment system at www.smartcentral.net should pay their $50 and attach a copy of the payment receipt to the Consent form completed in Step 3 above.

5. Book for 2008 permanent care
Bookings for 2008 permanent care can be made directly via www.smartcentral.net.
